MAKEUP & SKINCARE RETURN POLICY
We must make a common effort to reduce the amount of waste and our carbon footprint. The beauty industry contributes to generating a lot of pollution and we surely need to reduce our current level of comfort to change things.
In respect to our customers, all returned products end up in the trash because we can't be really entirely certain if the product has been used or not.
Therefore, we have decided to not accept returns anymore.
So what if you choose the wrong lipstick colour? Offer it to a friend or family so that the product is used by someone. Give it a second life!
However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make arrangements to replace any defective or damaged item. Please note that any defective or damaged items must be notified to us by email within seven (7) of the delivery date.
BABY AND KIDS’ CLOTHING RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with your order or the items are not the right size, you can return them to us within 7 days after receiving the order.
All returns must be authorised by emailing email@example.com and the shipping costs for the return are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Clothes must be returned brand new with the original labels on and no signs of use.
To return your items:
- Place the items in an envelope, a box or you can also use the original package. Please prepare and protect your package accordingly

Once we got your return back and we confirm everything is in perfect condition, we will issued a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your account.
For residents outside the Canada: make sure you mark the box as ´return commercial sample´ and don’t forget to add the invoice you received from us, otherwise we will be charged with customs duties, which will be deducted from your refund.
