How to Use:

Step 1: The Underarm Bar: Use the underarm bar daily in the shower before applying deodorant. To make the most of the charcoal bar, lather it and massage it into the underarm area for 20 to 30 seconds on each side. For best results, allow the lather to sit on the skin briefly before rinsing off.

Step 2: The Charcoal Deodorant: Apply a generous amount of deodorant to clean, dry underarms each day. This deodorant is the second step in the Takesumi Detox® system.
