1.2 During sales events or periods of high demand, customers may experience longer preparation times due to the increased volume of orders. We appreciate your patience during these times and strive to process all orders as swiftly as possible.

2. Business Hours and Order Processing

2.1 Orders are processed during our standard business hours, from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2.2 Orders placed outside of our business hours, during the weekend, or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Notification, Tracking, and Courier Information

3.1 Upon preparing your order for shipment, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address provided with your order details.

3.2 This email will include a tracking number and the name of the courier, allowing you to monitor your order's journey to you.

4. Customer Responsibility for Delivery

4.1 It is the customer's responsibility to regularly check the tracking information and be prepared for the delivery of the order.

4.2 In the event of any issues with the delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier directly and arrange a new delivery date if necessary.

5. Address Accuracy

5.1 Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of ordering.

5.2 We are not responsible for problems resulting from modifications to the delivery address or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

5.3 Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address to avoid any delays or issues with your order.

6. Non-Collection and Return Policy

6.1 If an order is returned to us because it was not collected in time, we will deduct the original shipping fee plus a $15 restocking fee from the refund amount.

6.2 Refunds for non-collected orders will be issued in the form of a gift voucher, excluding the shipping charge.
