1.1 Our standard order preparation time is estimated to be between 3 to 5 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee, and may be subject to change based on order volume and product availability.

1.2 During sales events or periods of high demand, customers may experience longer preparation times due to the increased volume of orders. We appreciate your patience during these times and strive to process all orders as swiftly as possible.

2. Business Hours and Order Processing

2.1 Orders are processed during our standard business hours, from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2.2 Orders placed outside of our business hours, during the weekend, or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Notification, Tracking, and Courier Information

3.1 Upon preparing your order for shipment, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address provided with your order details.

3.2 This email will include a tracking number and the name of the courier, allowing you to monitor your order's journey to you.

4. Customer Responsibility for Delivery

4.1 It is the customer's responsibility to regularly check the tracking information and be prepared for the delivery of the order.

4.2 In the event of any issues with the delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier directly and arrange a new delivery date if necessary.

5. Address Accuracy

5.1 Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of ordering.

5.2 We are not responsible for problems resulting from modifications to the delivery address or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

5.3 Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address to avoid any delays or issues with your order.

6. Pre-Order Items

6.1 If your order includes an item marked as 'Pre-order', the entire order will be held and shipped only when the pre-order item becomes available in stock.

6.2 We will keep you informed of the expected availability date of pre-order items, but please be aware that these dates are subject to change based on supplier availability and other factors beyond our control.

7. Sample Policy

7.1 In adherence to sanitary measures and compliance with the law regarding the fabrication and labeling of cosmetics, we currently do not offer samples of our products.

7.2 This decision is also in line with our commitment to environmental sustainability, as we aim to reduce waste and use minimal packaging that is easily recyclable.

7.3 Occasionally, we may provide original samples supplied by our brands, subject to availability.

7.4 Some brands offer mini or travel sizes of their products, enabling customers to try these before committing to full-size purchases.

7.5 We appreciate your understanding and support in our efforts to maintain high standards of quality and environmental responsibility.

8. Cancellation and Modification Policy

8.1 Once an order has been placed and registered, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled or modified.

8.2 If it is possible to stop the package before it is picked up by the carrier, we will accept a cancellation request. However, a restocking fee of $10 will be charged.

8.3 For orders over $200 in value, in addition to the restocking fee, an additional cancellation fee of 3% of the order value will be applied. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

9. Responsibility for Delays

9.1 Please note that the estimated preparation times are subject to variability and can be affected by factors beyond our control. While we endeavor to meet the estimated preparation times, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal service issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9.2 We encourage customers to order in advance, particularly during busy periods, to accommodate potential delays.

10. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have a strict no exchange or refund policy on all cosmetic items. This policy is in place to guarantee the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

11. Liability for Delivered Packages

11.1 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as 'delivered' by the carrier, as indicated by the tracking information.

11.2 Customers are advised to ensure a secure delivery location to prevent any loss or theft after delivery.

12. Defective or Damaged Products

12.1 If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@thegreenjunglebeautyshop.com.

12.2 You must notify The Green Jungle Beauty Shop by email within 7 days of the reception of your parcel regarding any defective or damaged item.

12.3 No compensation or return will be possible for defective or damaged items reported after this 7-day period.
