TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, placing an order, or completing checkout, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
No order may be placed without acceptance of these terms.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and The Green Jungle Beauty Shop Inc.
2. Order Processing. No Cancellation. No Modification.
All orders are processed automatically and immediately after checkout.
Please note that we do not accept order cancellations or modifications (including shipping or billing address changes, contact information, items, quantities, or other order details) once an order has been placed.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Address errors
-
Delivery delays
-
Customs issues
-
Payment disputes
This condition is final and non-negotiable.
3. Strict No Returns Policy. All Sales Final.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
By completing checkout, you explicitly waive any right to return a product, regardless of reason.
This includes, without limitation:

Dissatisfaction or personal preference

Incorrect product selection
-
Allergic reactions or sensitivities
-
Refused or unclaimed deliveries
-
Customs refusal or import delays
4. Defective or Damaged Items. Limited Remedy Only.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within five (5) calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Mandatory documentation:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
-
Visible batch or lot number
-
Written description of the issue
Claims submitted after this timeframe, or without complete documentation, are automatically rejected.
If a defect or shipping damage is confirmed, our sole and exclusive remedy, at our discretion, is:

Replacement of the same item OR
-
Store credit
Refunds are never issued.
5. Allergic Reactions. No Liability. No Refunds.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse responses to products.
Allergies are individual medical conditions beyond our control.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and determining product suitability.
If an adverse reaction is suspected:

Discontinue use immediately

Contact us with the batch or lot number and a description of the reaction
This information may be forwarded to the manufacturer for safety monitoring purposes only.
No refunds, returns, replacements, or credits are provided for allergic reactions.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Proof of Fulfillment
All orders are shipped using tracked parcel services.
A shipment marked as “Delivered” by the carrier constitutes full and final fulfillment of the order.
We are not responsible for:

Theft after delivery
-
Packages left in mailboxes, lobbies, reception areas, or shared locations
-
Claims of non-receipt when tracking confirms delivery
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier delivery confirmation.
7. Lost Shipments. Carrier Determination Required.
A shipment is not considered lost unless:

A minimum of 30 days has passed since the last tracking update, AND
-
The carrier has completed its investigation and officially classified the shipment as lost
No replacement or store credit will be issued before carrier confirmation.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For certain destinations outside Canada, duties and taxes are included. This is clearly stated at checkout.
For destinations where duties, VAT, or import fees are not included:

All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer

We have no control over customs processing, delays, or assessments
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees and is returned or deemed undeliverable:

No refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued
9. Incorrect Address. Undeliverable Shipments.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address results in:

Failed delivery
-
Return to sender
-
Disposal by carrier or customs
We bear no responsibility and provide no compensation.
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to unpaid fees, customs clearance issues, refusal to accept the shipment without prior notification following dispatch from our warehouse, or other circumstances resulting in the package being undeliverable and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering any costs related to the return. This includes, but is not limited to, original shipping fee, return shipping, handling fees, and any applicable customs or duties. Orders returned or marked as failed delivery without prior communication and approval from our customer service team are not eligible for a refund. Under unique circumstances, if a refund is issued, all related costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
International returned shipments shipped with cirro are not routed back to our warehouse and are automatically disposed of.
10. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Fraud
You agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
Filing a chargeback for issues clearly covered by these policies, including but not limited to:

No-returns policy

Confirmed delivery
-
Customs refusal
-
Incorrect address
may constitute friendly fraud.
We reserve the right to:

Submit full documentation to dispute chargebacks
-
Recover associated chargeback fees
-
Permanently refuse service to customers engaging in abusive or fraudulent disputes
If a chargeback is initiated, any eligibility for replacement or store credit is immediately forfeited, and the matter will be handled exclusively through the payment provider.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
