The name is said to originate from the 17th century Italian Princess, Countess of Nerola, who used the oil to scent her gloves and bath water. At Sangre de Fruta they've rounded-off the scent with rose otto, for a true nod to perfumery of the past and the hypnotizing reputation of the Neroli scent.
