All-Over Face Colour

This is a multi-use pencil that can be used on eyes, lips, cheeks, or elsewhere. It glides on with a creamy-matte finish, and is creamy enough to use as a lipstick, blendable enough to be used as a blush or a wash of colour on the lids, with a precision tip for drawing graphic lines. Available in 10 universal shades.

Apply colour to desired area—lips, cheeks or elsewhere. Create a precise line for definition or blend out for a softer look.

Lipstick: Line and fill in lips with the Precision Colour Pencil, or use Tapered Multi-Brush to blend colour onto lips. Wear alone or top with High-Shine Gloss for a dewy effect. 

Lip Liner: Line lips with the pencil and finish with High-Shine Gloss or lip colour of choice.

Eyeliner: Line lash line with pencil. Smudge with Tapered Multi-Brush for a smokey effect, or tap translucent powder on top to enhance wear. 

Eyeshadow: Dot colour over eyelids and blend with fingertips or Tapered Multi-Brush to diffuse colour.

Blush/Contour: Dot colour onto cheeks and blend with fingertips or Tapered Multi-Brush to diffuse colour.

Highlight: Use highlight pencil on inner corners of eyes, along lash line, on high points of cheeks, cupid’s bow or brow bone.
