LEPAAR - Sacred Trinity Mineral Bath Salt

Composed with soul soothing Frankincense and spirit lifting Myrrh resin infused in pink Himalayan crystal salt. When Himalayan crystal salt dissolves in water, it results in a concentrated, electrically charged matrix of the Salt's naturally occurring 84 trace minerals.

Scent: Resinous, cleansing pine-like. With a hint of mineral clarity.

How to use: I prefer to do this at night time, as I can just roll into bed straight after, body still damp with warmth and totally relaxed.

Run your bath and add about 2 tablespoons of Salt if you are new to mineral bathing. Add up to 5 if you're a seasoned pro. Let it infuse and dissolve for 5 minutes before sinking into the water and soak for 15-30 min max in the beginning, working up to one hour over the next few months.

CAUTION: Minerals have a very strong detox effect, so take care and really don't soak too long in the beginning, or you'll feel dizzy and weakened.

One jar holds about 10-15 soaks if you don't overdose.
