A gentle yet effective jelly-to-oil-to-milk cleanser that can be used however your skin needs it! Apply to dry skin to melt away makeup, dirt, and grime, or apply to damp skin to emulsify the jelly into a moisturizing milky cleanser. This multitasking cleanser leaves skin soft, supple & never tight.

Double cleanse with 1 product! As you cleanse, Bloomeffects' Proprietary Dutch Tulip Complex and a bouquet of earth-sourced botanicals plump the look of skin with hydration so don't have to worry about tight, stripped skin.

Skin Type: All skin types, especially dry, dehydrated, sensitive skin.

Using fingertips, gently massage over dry skin to melt away makeup. Once makeup is completely dissolved, wet fingers and massage jelly, transforming it into a cleansing milk. Rinse away impurities with warm water or wipe away residue with damp cloth.
