The formula features a Proprietary Dutch Tulip Complex and a blend of plant-based botanicals to help skin feel hydrated, soft, and supple.

The Royal Tulip Cleansing Jelly is not an oil cleanser. It’s a unique jelly that is ideal for melting all the dirt and makeup off your face. When water is added, the jelly transforms into a milky texture as you wash it off.

How to Use: Using fingertips, gently massage over dry skin to melt away makeup. Once makeup is completely dissolved, wet fingers and massage jelly, transforming it into a cleansing milk. Rinse away impurities with warm water or wipe away residue with damp cloth.
