RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At The Green Jungle Beauty Shop, your satisfaction and product safety are our top priorities. Because we sell personal care and cosmetic products, we enforce a strict return and refund policy to protect all customers from contamination risks and to prevent fraudulent claims.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetic, skincare, or wellness items. This policy applies whether products are opened or unopened.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thegreenjunglebeautyshop.com with the following:
Order number
Name of the affected item(s)
Description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing:
The outer packaging before opening
The product itself
The batch number, if visible
We will assess your claim and may issue a refund or replacement if the damage is confirmed. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
UNDELIVERED OR LOST ORDERS
If your tracking number shows a non-delivered or lost package, please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
If the carrier confirms delivery, no refund will be issued, even if the customer disputes it. This includes cases of “delivered but not received.” Proof of delivery by the carrier (including GPS tracking or signature) will be used to dispute chargebacks.
FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect our business from false claims:
We document each shipment (photos, weight, dimensions).
All refund requests are carefully reviewed.
If a refund claim is found to be fraudulent or abusive:
No refund or replacement will be issued
The account may be permanently banned
We may report the activity to the payment processor and legal authorities
