Use in cycles, preferably at night. Break the ampoule using the included opener. Warm the contents between your hands and apply to clean skin of the face, neck, and décolleté, massaging gently until absorbed.

Finish with the Vagal Gesture: place your palms over your face, inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 2 seconds, and exhale for 6 seconds. This mindful breathing technique helps create a moment of relaxation and enhances the overall sensory experience of your routine.
